Happy Mother's Day!  Since today was mother's day I had a lot of festivities going on.  At noon we went to JB's grandma's luncheon as a large extended family.  It was very fun to see everyone but the cost was $27 a person - which for someone who doesn't like food very much is a lot of money!  I had an extremely difficult time even finding something amongst the large line of buffet selection to eat.  I ended up with a scoop of eggs, 1 pancake the size of a silver dollar (no syrup), green beans, and 1 chicken finger.  Wow, a lunch of champions, right?  Thank goodness I didn't walk by the dessert or I would've filled up on that.  To make matters worse my Mom was going to bring over Indian food for dinner so I didn't have to cook anymore.  Normally this would've appealed to me but this time I remained indifferent.  When it came time to eat my Indian, which I always inhale, I maybe had three bites and declared myself finished!  It's not that I was even "turned off" from the food, I simply just couldn't eat it.  For some reason, I get full so much faster now that the baby is taking up a lot of room!


Breakfast -

1 serving of Fiber One pancakes with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

1 Banana

1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch -


 Scoop of eggs

1 pancake the size of a silver dollar (plain)

Green beans

1 chicken finger

Snack -


Dinner -

3 bites of Indian (creamed spinach, homemade cheese cubes over rice)

Snack -

No snack not feeling well
